What should I have ready before we talk?
The job you want off your hands, where it happens today, and what done looks like. A WhatsApp thread, an inbox, a sheet, or a calendar is enough. You do not need a brief.
Where does it run once it ships?
In the tools you already open: the site, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, Gmail, or the calendar. You do not get a new login to learn.
What happens when it does not know?
It says so and hands the thread to a person. It does not invent a policy, a price, or a time that is not free.
When do I see the price?
In the written scope, before any build. A conversation and a workflow are not the same job, so there is no single fee.
